Harris Place, center of downtown New London, has become a center for the health care and wellness professionals. The second floor, recently vacated by a full floor tenant, now has six professionals leasing space there. There are three more on the fourth floor as well. Harris Pace is a location where professionals can cross refer clients. We are looking for more, such as nutrition specialists and others. There is nothing else that compares to Harris Place. It is, among other things, the Connecticut Center For The Healing Arts. And also Harris Place is by far the best rental value in New London, everything is included except your own electricity.

All second floor tenants are able to share a common break room with a refrigerator, microwave, hot and cold water, and a luncheon counter. This floor was originally built as the luxury space in Harris Place. We still have 6 wonderful single offices I can email floor plans showing the single rooms available. Please let me know if you would like the plans.

Harris Place is the building with the most soul in New London, by far. We are full of creative people, lawyers, advertising agencies, health care professionals, web designers, art galleries, engineers, internet companies, and a school. This is one wonderful place,

Tenants at Harris Place may reserve the 100 X 30 foot Atrium for their own private functions. Tenants may also enjoy lunch at the Atrium Cafe, just downstairs. All the experts say that Cori serves the best sandwiches in town. Also, within two blocks there are 15 restaurants of all types, two banks, music stores, convenience stores, antique dealers, a first class wine and liquor store, florists, barber shops, two spas, and the New London financial center with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. The State courts are also only two blocks away

We are only a block and a half from the transportation center. Amtrak has 22 trains daily, including a northbound and southbound Acela. The Shoreline makes local stops to and from New Haven, the Block Island, Fishers Island , and Orient Point ferries, and the Greyhound bus station is right there, and all City local buses stop there. The new $80 million Coast Guard Museum will be built there as well. Museum officials expect 400,000-600,000 visitors annually. Just think what this will do to downtown!

Come and look anytime. I have owned this building for 30 years!
