The introductory rental rate of $10.75 per square foot is for the first year of a two year lease. After the first year the rental rate is the building standard rate of $12.50 per square foot. We here in downtown New London are thrilled by the announcement of the $80 million Coast Guard Museum which will be just a block from  this office. In the last 10 years the gentrification of the downtown has been remarkable. With the announcement of Coast Guard Museum and its anticipated 500,000  annual visitors, New London, in a few years, will be like Mystic Village. It is a wonderful prospect. It’s been too long in coming. This lovely city deserved  its renaissance long ago. But I’m sure that it is about to be here now. Come and join us and be a part of the new New London.

This suite, M–301, is really extraordinary. The skylight in the central room is about 12′ x 12′ square. Surrounding it are four offices.The main room itself provides a whole open space for a secretarial section or other offices.  this space is certainly one of the most dramatic in New London.

Speaking of architecture, Harris Places itself was designed by an architect who was very well known in New York named Leopold Edlitz. It was built in 1885. The spaces facing Masonic Street were added a little bit later. Eidlitz build many buildings in New York City and here, in New London he built others as well, including the First Congregational Church which is only a half block away.

The location in central downtown New London is really beyond  prefect. The property is directly across the street from the main New London post office. New London City Hall and all the administrative functions of city are next door. There is plenty of parking. The city has constructed two major parking garages and one large open lot. The parking garages are a block in either direction and the open lot is also a block away on Eugene O’Neill Drive, (it is $26, half the price of the garages).
