This lovely four office suite plus an ample reception area is on the top floor of the Harris Building. There are unobstructed views of the New London Harbor and the Thames River. The office has windows on both sides There are twelve windows altogether. This is a very unusual space, just bursting with natural light. The ferries, the Coast Guard three masted schooner, the Eagle, container ships and submarines can be seen coming and going. There is no place like this location for the Fourth of July celebration or to watch the Tall Ships sail into New London Harbor. There is a world unto itself just outside the windows, yet in this space there is peace and quite. The new Coast Guard $80 million Museum has now been announced, on the waterfront, just a block and a half away. Just imagine the changes that this will bring to the downtown area. The projected 500,000 annual visitors will transform downtown New London.

Enter Harris Place from either State Street or Masonic Street, just across from the main New London Post Office, into the one hundred foot long, thirty foot high atrium. Ride to the fifth floor on the elegant cherry paneled elevator to the thick red carpets in the fifth floor hallway. Our building is regularly staffed and very carefully secured. We want to take care of our tenants. Other fifth floor tenants include a law firm, two counselors, and an artists, and an advertising agence. It is a very congenial group. Please come and join us. We provide the heat, air conditioning, and building maintenance. You only need to pay for your metered electricity.

The suite is perfectly suited for a law firm, CPA office and many other general uses.
